security plan, operational security, procedures and programs to
identify risks and shortfalls in order to develop counters to reduce
the risk to the company, its personnel and

options are presented to deal with any deficiencies.
Contingency Planning
Working with the leadership of the company, we would
assist in the creation of a contingency plan to deal with potential
threats and risks, both to your facilities and to your personnel.
The plan would assist in case of emergency, both man-made and
natural, that could affect your operations. The plan would be
available to management to ensure that the co-ordination of
communications, resources, & personnel are effectively utilized in a
time of emergency.

a reduction from risk from long term losses following an incident, a
faster decision making process during incidents and reducing
liability from the company's actions during an emergency.
Bomb Threat and Incident Planning
The bomb threat, whether real or a hoax, is a
persistent risk to businesses and knowing what to do can not only
reduce the risk, but help you in reducing the amount of downtime
that these incidents cause. We will review existing procedures and
help you develop workable procedures for recording threats, dealing
with suspicious packages, preparing for and conducting searches,
training staff, and evacuation procedures.

Security Penetration Tests
A unique
service provided by our Threat Assessment team. We conduct a
detailed assessment to identify the most likely threats to
your personnel, assets and facilities. Based upon the results we
develop and implement a plan using the methodology, skill,
resources, etc. of the identified adversary group and attempt to
penetrate the existing security. These groups could include criminal
and terrorist groups, disgruntled employees, protestors,
opportunists, competitors, etc. We use the US Secret Service target selection
criteria,( C.A.R.V.E.R -
Criticality, Accessibility, Risk, Vulnerability,
Effect, Recoverability ) to prioritize and select the
best target.
This
allows for an independent, impartial assessment of your security
systems, procedures and programs, taken from the point of view of
potential groups that would realistically target your company, using
only the resources and knowledge available to that group.
